CAIHS Monday Morning Message
February 26, 2024
Last weekend both of our high school teams performed at the highest level. During the Robotics Eastern and Red and Black State Qualifiers for Robotics. Twenty Eight teams from Eastern and Central Pennsylvania competed over the course of five hours.
Team 13669-Raiderbots, captained by Senior Chloe Crane, held her team together under intense pressure and won 8 of their 9 matches. They brought home the First Place Alliance Trophy for Coatesville and an invitation to the State Championship! On Sunday during the Red and Black Qualifier, Team 20094 captained by Freshman Liam Nicol, performed beyond their years. They finished as part of the Second Place Alliance which qualified them for an invitation to the State Championship. Coatesville should be very proud of this group of outstanding students. To be 1 of the 150 Pennsylvania teams to qualify is impressive, but to have both teams qualify is remarkable. I hope all will congratulate them and wish them the best at the State Championship on March 16th and 17th in Hellertown Pennsylvania.
Well done both teams and we look forward to seeing you compete at the highest level.
